Delivery will be made by a freight company directly to your door (ground level to the curb). Carrying into the house or onto the property is not included, both for delivery and for any returns. The freight company will arrange a delivery appointment with you by phone. Therefore, we need your contact information for scheduling. Deliveries take place between 08:00 and 16:00, but not on weekends or public holidays.

The return will be on a European pallet, and the return costs are not included in our calculations. Unfortunately, these costs must be borne by the buyer.
