Payment & Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of 4,95 € per order.
From a order value of 49,90 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

Pallet goods (forwarding shipment) are identified as such in the item description.
The delivery of freight forwarding goods takes place to kerbside in front of the Building as usual in the forwarding industry.

An island surcharge according to the delivery of pallet goods (freight forwarding agent) to German islands. The table below applies to shipping costs without additional services for the following islands/postcodes in Germany:

Deliveries to foreign countries:

Deliveries abroad: For delivery to non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, not to the provider, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities. The customer is advised to check the details before ordering with the customs or tax authorities/offices.

We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries:

If there are goods and bulky goods that can be sent as a package in the shopping cart, the bulky goods surcharge will be charged once for the shipping costs incurred.

When shipping pallet goods (shipment via forwarding agends) abroad, we calculate as followed:

Pallet goods (shipment by freight forwarding companies) are identified as such in the item description as well.

If there are goods in the shopping cart that can be sent as parcels and pallet goods (forwarding shipment), the shipping costs for pallet goods (forwarding shipment) are calculated.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany (domestic deliveries) takes place within 2 - 5 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

The minimum order value is: 10 €.
