The Classic Coat model is padded and fully constructed in the chest area. A snap button in combination with a Velcro closure allows the neck opening to be opened and closed quickly and easily. A stretch insert allows the Classic Coat to be optimally adjusted to the neck size, ensuring a snug fit. With the Velcro closure in the belly area, the coats can be perfectly adjusted to the individual wearer. Leg loops enhance the Polar Bear coats for the best fit. The leash can be conveniently attached to a notch at the collar. For wearers of a harness, there is an additional opening in the back area. This is opened via a zipper that is specially designed to prevent moisture from entering. Additional reflective strips and seams provide extra protection, especially in twilight and darkness. All seams are protected from moisture ingress by Hip-Tape technology.
